At WalknTalk, we believe that healing with connection - one step and one conversation at a time.

We’re a community - led mental health support group that brings people together through simple walks and open, judgment-free conversations. Our aim is to create a space where anyone can feel heard, valued, and less alone.

Founded on the idea that movement and listening can go hand in hand, WalknTalk encourages gentle exercise, friendship, and meaningful discussion in a relaxed, outdoor setting. There’s no pressure, no labels - just people supporting people.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, ADHD, depression, loneliness, or simply looking for connection, you’re welcome to join us. We walk, we listen, and we remind each other that every step forward - no matter how small - is progress.
