FIND SUPPORT

You don’t have to know what to say. You just have to start somewhere.

WalknTalk offers friendly, community-based mental health and wellbeing support for people who may be struggling, feeling isolated, overwhelmed, low, anxious or simply in need of connection.

There are no referrals, no pressure to speak and no expectation to explain everything.

You can join a walk, come for a brew, message us privately or simply find out what support is available near you.

Choose what feels easiest today.

Ways We Can Support You

Join a Walk

Move, talk and connect at your own pace.

Our community walks are relaxed, friendly and open to anyone who wants to get outside, meet others and feel a little less alone.

There’s no pressure to talk about your mental health. You can chat, listen, enjoy the walk or simply come along for the company.

Children can join with a responsible adult, and dogs are welcome too.

No referral. No pressure. Just come as you are.

WhatsApp Support

Reach out privately when you can’t attend in person.

If getting to a walk or Brew & Chat feels difficult, you can still reach out to WalknTalk privately through WhatsApp.

Send us a message and tell us as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing. We’ll listen without judgement, offer peer support and, where appropriate, help signpost you towards other services.

There’s no pressure to join a group chat. Your first message to us is private.

Support can start with one message.

Brew & Chat

Relaxed, informal meet-ups with no pressure to open up.

Brew & Chat is a welcoming space to have a cuppa, meet other people and enjoy some company in a relaxed setting.

There are no circles, no introductions you have to make and no pressure to talk about anything personal. You can chat about everyday life, listen to others or simply sit and enjoy being around people.

Come on your own or bring someone with you. Stay for a little while or the whole session.

Sometimes a brew and a conversation can make a big difference.
