Be Part of Something That Matters
WalknTalk has grown because ordinary people have chosen to show up for one another.
Whether that means joining a walk, helping at a Brew & Chat, volunteering your time, becoming a walk leader, supporting an event, offering a venue, partnering with us or simply helping spread the word, every contribution matters.
You do not need to be a mental health professional to make a difference. Sometimes the most valuable thing you can offer is your time, your kindness and your willingness to listen.
As WalknTalk continues to grow into more communities, we need people who believe in creating safe, welcoming spaces where nobody feels judged, pressured or alone.
There are lots of ways to get involved, whether you have an hour to spare, want to volunteer regularly, represent your local area or support us as an organisation.
However you choose to help, you become part of something simple but powerful: bringing people together, creating connection and making support easier to find when someone needs it.
HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?
There are lots of ways to support WalknTalk, whether you have a little time to spare, want to volunteer regularly, help lead activities or would like to support us as we grow into more communities.
